So far so...interesting. Waiting to receive my laptop before changing rating and giving an honest review. They fixed my laptop. Water damage. Took a week longer than I was initially told and the payment estimate given on the phone changed when I came in person. Giving three stars due to the poor communication on their part and the fact that I now have to enter my password twice now before I can log on when I restart my laptop. But I am appreciative of their service. I would tell others to come WITH CAUTION due to the communication. Update (2 years later): No longer have to put my password in twice. Upgrading to 4 stars. Update (4 years later): Laptop is still great and functioning well. Upgrading to 5 stars.
