Order Your PlayStation Repair Services Online

Step One – Choose a PS5 repair service

Step Two – Check out for your service

Once you have decided which PS5 service is right for you. You will need to checkout for that service. In the rare case that we cannot fix your PS5, we will refund you the cost of the repair service.

Step Three – Ship your PS5 to us

If you order your PS5 repair service online, Please ship your PS5 to the address below. We highly recommend taking your PS5 to a UPS store or Fed Ex store and letting them pack and ship it. You are responsible for getting your PS5 to us safely; we highly recommend tracking and insurance.

Note: Do not ship anything except the PS5 itself. We do not need controllers, power  cords, etc. Retail boxes will not be returned, we must use our packing to qualify for our services.
